Rubber Products
Precision Rubber Products for Every Industry
Compression Molding: Pre-heated rubber is placed in a heated mold cavity, and pressure is applied until the rubber is fully cured. This process is ideal for parts that require consistent, high-quality results.
Transfer Molding: Similar to compression molding, but with an additional step where pre-heated rubber is forced into the mold via a plunger. This method offers rapid material flow for complex parts and tight tolerances.
We provide a wide range of rubber formulations to meet ASTM and Mil-Spec requirements, and our expert team can accommodate both small-scale prototypes and large-volume production orders.
